What You’ll Do:

• Analyze and improve business processes by understanding current workflows and identifying automation opportunities.

• Design and recommend technology solutions aligned with business objectives, managing projects from initiation to implementation.

• Interact with cross-functional business teams (Salesforce CPQ, NetSuite, Workato, Workday, Coupa, Zone Billing) to define requirements and understand system-wide changes.

• Lead root cause analysis for major incidents and drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance system reliability and performance.

• Mentor junior team members in best practices and lead customization projects that involve cross-functional collaboration.

• Take full ownership of strategic programs and initiatives, driving them from conception to successful implementation.

What You Bring:

• 7+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.

• Deep experience managing complex Coupa ecosystems, including core Procure to Pay (P2P) processes and integrations with systems like NetSuite, Tropic, and Workato.

• A strong understanding of procurement processes and how they are applied to achieve best-practice application solutions.

• Ability to lead architecture design for complex systems and make strategic technology recommendations.

• Advanced skills in managing complex projects or programs, including resource allocation, risk mitigation, and stakeholder coordination.

• Expert communication skills to synthesize and present complex information clearly to diverse audiences, including senior leaders.

It’d Be Awesome If You Also…

• Are a complete team player who acts proactively and adapts to a fast-paced environment.

• Demonstrate strong adaptability to changing trends in technology and business requirements.

• Are comfortable with a high-volume and very fast-paced workload.

• Bring fresh ideas and aren’t afraid to challenge the status quo.
