- Continuously enhance financial controls, policies and procedures to support strong governance, audit readiness and compliance.
- Develop and monitor transactional finance KPIs, providing clear reporting on service levels and control performance to senior finance stakeholders.
- Contribute to wider finance and business transformation initiatives, supporting change and continuous improvement.
- Drive automation and process efficiencies to reduce manual intervention and strengthen control.

- Extensive experience in a senior transactional finance, shared services or finance operations role within a high-volume environment (ideally retail or ecommerce).
- Strong technical knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations and financial controls.
- Proven leadership experience, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
- Experience working with finance systems and delivering system or process improvements within transactional finance environments.
- Highly analytical, with the ability to interpret large data sets and drive informed decision-making.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and challenge effectively.
