Lead regular currency and hedge-result reviews with business partners and senior leadership and provide training and educational materials to strengthen understanding of currency and hedging principles across DePuy Synthes.
Lead the design, build, testing and deployment of a replacement tool to support currency calculations, hedging, analytics and reporting, and oversee its ongoing maintenance and enhancement.
Drive standardized and efficient processes through automation and analytics tools, including Power BI and Alteryx.
Partner across DSPO, Treasury, Tax, FP&A, Technology and Project Osprey teams to stand up the Currency Management team and ensure continuity of critical activities through separation.
