Clio is the global leader in legal AI technology, empowering legal professionals and law firms of every size to work smarter, faster, and more securely.

We are transforming the legal experience for all by bettering the lives of legal professionals while increasing access to justice.

Summary:

Summary:

Clio is the global leader in legal AI technology, and the first legal practice management unicorn. While the majority of Clio’s growth to date has been in North America, a key focus for Clio’s next stage of growth will come from international markets.

Spain represents one of Clio’s highest-priority growth markets in EMEA, with Barcelona serving as the hub for our Spain operations. The Spanish legal market presents a significant opportunity, and we have ambitious targets to establish Clio as the market leader for legal professionals across the country. Our work has an immediate and meaningful impact, and we have best-in-class technology, substantial budgets, and an outstanding team to support us.

As Senior Field Marketing Manager for Spain, you’ll be a key leader within the EMEA Field Marketing team, owning the full marketing strategy for one of Clio’s most exciting growth markets. You’ll drive brand awareness, demand generation, field activations, and strategic partnerships that accelerate Clio’s presence across Spain. Your work will have an immediate and meaningful impact, and you will be surrounded by a talented group of high-performing marketers, seasoned in SaaS and driven by collective success.

Our wider Marketing team is geographically distributed across Ireland, United Kingdom, Canada, the United States, Spain and Australia, which means we excel with async, video, and Slack communication to collaborate effectively. We value initiative, excellence, experimentation, and care about results. You’ll have real ownership over your work, the freedom to test ideas, and the trust to make decisions that move the business forward.

Who you are:

You’re a senior, strategic marketer who brings deep expertise in brand building, field marketing, and event strategy. You’re passionate about connecting with customers and prospects in meaningful ways — from large-scale Clio events and third-party industry activations to intimate buyer partnerships and PR-driven brand moments. You thrive on designing programs that drive demand, grow brand awareness, and strengthen community across the Spanish legal market.

You have a strong track record of owning end-to-end field marketing programs, Clio-owned events, and high-impact third-party event sponsorships. You understand how each activation contributes to the broader customer journey, from awareness to pipeline to advocacy. You’re skilled at forging buyer partnerships, collaborating closely with demand generation teams, and working hand-in-hand with PR and communications to amplify brand visibility.

You’re a self-starter with a senior mindset — comfortable leading without a large team behind you, building programs from the ground up, and influencing cross-functional stakeholders. You operate with strategic clarity while rolling up your sleeves to deliver exceptional, on-brand experiences. You’re excited to help Clio establish its brand leadership position in Spain while contributing to a high-performing, growth-focused international marketing team.
