Senior Executive Product Owner

Location: Warsaw, Poland / EU Remote
Format: Remote
Seniority level: Senior

At EPC Network, we're not just a digital marketing company; we're a platform for career growth and professional development. We work exclusively with the US market across verticals such as Fintech, Healthcare, Insurance, Pet care, and more.

As a Senior Executive Product Owner, you'll take one of our Founders' business ideas and turn it into a real, profitable business. Think of it as launching your own startup inside EPC Network. The company funds it, you build it, so there's no need to look for investors.

There's no fixed idea waiting for you. You'll work directly with the Founder, and together you'll choose a direction that fits your strengths. Our focus is on marketing-driven businesses such as YouTube channels, social media projects, and content platforms.

This is not a classic Product Owner role with backlogs, sprints, and stakeholder meetings. At the start, you'll do everything hands-on: research, testing, launching. Once the idea proves itself, you'll hire your own team and grow into the CEO of your venture. Our HR and Recruitment teams will support you along the way. Several ventures launched this way have already grown into standalone companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work directly with the founder to choose a business idea and turn it into a launch plan with clear milestones and expected results
• Research the market, niche, audience, and monetization model before scaling the idea
• Build and launch MVPs yourself: set up channels, content, tools, and workflows
• Launch and test marketing channels such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms
• Track results, analyze what works, and decide together with leadership whether to scale, pivot, or stop
• Use AI tools and automation to move fast and keep operations lean
• Bring in freelancers, vendors, and contractors when you need extra expertise
• Define which roles your venture needs and build your own team with the support of our HR and Recruitment teams
• Own the strategy and results of your venture as it grows into a standalone business

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience across several companies in marketing, growth, product, or business development
• Proven track record of building something from scratch: a startup, product, business line, or new direction, with measurable results
• Strong hands-on marketing experience in growth, performance, affiliate, content, or social media
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a real desire to build and run your own business
• Comfortable working solo at the start and making decisions in ambiguous situations
• Analytical mindset: you set goals, measure results, and make decisions based on data
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Perplexity in daily work
• Excellent written and verbal English, C1 or higher

Nice to have:

• Experience as a founder, co-founder, or CEO of a startup, even if it didn't work out
• Experience growing YouTube channels, social media projects, newsletters, or media products
• Background in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, media, or digital products
• Technical background: you can set up tracking, automations, and tools yourself
• Experience with Make, Zapier, n8n, or other no-code and low-code tools
• Experience hiring and leading a team, even a small one

What it means to be part of our Team:

• Multinational and intercultural experience
• Corporate library
• A world-class team to work with
• Growth opportunities
• Cutting-edge frameworks and technologies
• Competitive salary
• Plenty of engaging team-building and social events
• Bonuses according to the policy
• 21 paid vacation days & 14 paid sick leaves
• Cozy office in Warsaw, Kyiv available for you whenever you need it
• Coffee, tea, Red Bull, sweets, fruits, and more snacks
