Sii Polska is hiring a Senior Embedded Developer in Gdańsk to build software for IoT product controllers within its 500+-specialist Embedded Competence Center, which runs ~100 projects for 50 clients across automotive, IoT, telecom, and medical. Day to day: embedded C development in a hybrid model (2 days/week from the client's office).
We are seeking a Senior Embedded Developer to join a project focused on software development for IoT product controllers.
By joining us, you become a member of the Embedded Competence Center at Sii - an internal organizational unit bringing together more than 500 specialists across Poland! We are currently working on approximately 100 projects for 50 clients across various industries, including automotive, IoT, telecommunications, and medical. We focus on development and knowledge exchange by organizing Embedded Academies, training, technical mentoring or enabling project changes.
- Ability to work from the client's office 2 days a week (hybrid model)
- Min. 5 years of experience as an Embedded Developer
- Proficiency in C for embedded systems development
- Experience in reviewing complex systems design/code for security best practices and compliance with industry standards
- Fluency in Polish and English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to a wide variety of audiences
- Strong creative problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Residency in Poland
