Leaky’s Plumbing & HVAC is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Senior Dispatcher / Service Coordinator to help run our plumbing and HVAC service schedule.

- The schedule
- The drive time
- The job type
- The profit of the job
We believe in “dispatching for dollars.” That means getting the right technician to the right call at the right time, reducing wasted drive time, filling gaps in the schedule, and helping our techs run efficient, profitable calls.
All applications are confidential.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the daily plumbing and HVAC service schedule
- Dispatch technicians based on:

- Comfortable holding the schedule together when things change
- Highly organized and a little bit of a control freak in the best way
