ams OSRAM is hiring a Senior Digital Design Backend Engineer in Pavia, Italy, to implement and sign off digital IC designs using the Cadence backend flow — handling timing closure, signal integrity, EMIR, and physical verification for its optoelectronic semiconductor products.
Who we are looking for
- Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics or similar
- Strong proficiency in digital backend design tools and flows (Cadence flow)
- Solid understanding of Signoff Checks (timing closure, signal integrity, EMIR, physical verification)
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Fluency in English is mandatory, Italian is beneficial
