Senior DevOps engineer who owns and evolves a hybrid on-prem + cloud infrastructure for a proxy-based web data platform. Day to day: designing scalable, resilient systems, building CI/CD workflows, and optimizing cost/performance using Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, AWS, and Linux.

Our systems are used by companies that depend on accurate, real-time web data from competitive intelligence and search visibility to AI and LLM training pipelines. This is infrastructure where networking, distributed systems, performance tuning, and observability all meet.
Because accessing the open web reliably and at scale is still hard and most teams shouldn’t have to reinvent this infrastructure themselves. Our mission is to remove friction from web data access, so teams can focus on insights, products, and innovation instead of fighting infrastructure fires.
Hybrid infrastructure: on-premise + cloud
Small, fully remote team (~20 people). Senior-heavy product & engineering group. English as a working language. Direct communication, low bureaucracy, high ownership. You'll work with people who value clarity, responsibility, and getting things done well.
The infrastructure is growing in traffic, complexity, and responsibility. This role exists to own and evolve a hybrid infrastructure, not just maintain it. We're looking for someone who can help shape how systems are built, scaled, and operated going forward.
A Senior DevOps Engineer who: Is comfortable owning infrastructure end-to-end Has real experience with on-prem or hybrid environments Enjoys building systems from scratch and improving them over time Thinks in trade-offs, not dogma Thrives in startup-style environments with real accountability.
