Your Role

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will take ownership of Kubernetes operations, infrastructure as code, observability, and release automation. You will drive security practices and incident response, with a strong focus on improving the reliability and efficiency of both development and production environments.

A few examples of your responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable, and highly available cloud infrastructure.
• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines to automate application testing, deployment, and release processes.
• Manage Kubernetes platforms, containerized workloads, and supporting cloud services.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform and Crossplane.
• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident response practices to improve system reliability.
• Collaborate with development and security teams, provide technical guidance, and promote DevOps best practices.

What We’re Looking For

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor‘s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or infrastructure roles.
• Strong experience with public cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure.
• Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and container orchestration.
• Proficiency in infrastructure as code using Terraform, Crossplane, or similar tools.
• Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or equivalent platforms.
• Strong Linux administration, networking, DNS, load balancing, and security fundamentals.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Tempo, or OpenTelemetry.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using Bash, Python, or similar languages.
• Knowledge of GitOps practices and tools such as Argo CD or Flux.
• Experience troubleshooting distributed systems, production incidents, and performance issue.

Nice to have

• Relevant cloud certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator.
• Kubernetes certifications such as CKA, CKAD, or CKS.
• Certifications in Terraform, Linux administration, security, or DevOps practices.
