The person we're looking for

Job Overview
- Lead multiple complex design projects or workstreams, defining approaches, deliverables, and timelines while guiding teams through ambiguity.
- Know when to step in, when to delegate, and how to keep the team aligned and working collaboratively.
- Maintain consistent design judgement and critical rigour.
- Coach direct reports, leads and senior designers to sharpen their critique and articulate a clear point of view.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen design thinking across your team's projects, helping designers slow down, question assumptions, and avoid shortcuts that weaken the work.
- Own client relationships, managing expectations, addressing concerns, and escalating strategic decisions to directors as needed.
- Establish and articulate the design strategy to the team to ensure work is aligned with business goals, and work with senior clients to align on future-state vision.
