At a Glance
Company: New Breed, a privately owned HubSpot Solutions Partner since 2012 and an inaugural Elite Partner since 2020
Location: Remote, United States
Focus: Internal marketing for New Breed (not client services)
Ideal Background: Hands-on B2B demand generation marketer with experience executing campaigns that drive qualified pipeline, revenue, and business growth.
The Opportunity
New Breed is looking for a Senior Demand Generation Strategist to help market and grow our business.
This is an internal marketing role focused on New Breed’s own growth, not client delivery. You’ll partner closely with the Director of Marketing to plan, launch, measure, and optimize integrated campaigns across channels including HubSpot, email, paid media, website, content, events, and partner programs.
This role is built for someone who can think strategically and execute hands-on. We are looking for a marketer who can take a business objective, build a campaign plan, launch the work, evaluate performance, and improve results.
Why Marketers Choose New Breed
- Expand your marketing breadth. Apply your demand generation experience across multiple marketing disciplines while helping grow a services-based business with a strong foundation in HubSpot, reporting, and revenue operations.
- Work alongside marketing leadership. Work directly with the Director of Marketing to bring strategic initiatives from concept through execution.
- Own meaningful work. Lead campaigns and cross-functional initiatives that influence pipeline, revenue, customer experience, and how New Breed brings its services to market.
What You'll Do
- Plan and execute demand generation campaigns that support New Breed’s growth goals
- Build and launch campaigns across HubSpot, email, paid search, paid social, website, content, events, and partner channels
- Translate business priorities into clear campaign plans with audiences, offers, channels, goals, timelines, and reporting
- Execute hands-on in HubSpot Marketing Hub and CRM, including segmentation, workflows, email, forms, landing pages, and reporting
- Support paid and organic campaign execution across platforms such as LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta, and other relevant channels
- Use performance data to understand what is working, identify opportunities, and optimize campaigns
- Support service launches, partner programs, and go-to-market initiatives
- Help improve marketing planning, project management, reporting, and execution consistency
Skills We're Looking For
Required
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, revenue marketing, product marketing, or go-to-market marketing
- Hands-on experience executing marketing campaigns from planning through launch and optimization
- Strong working knowledge of HubSpot Marketing Hub and CRM, including campaign execution, reporting, segmentation, and automation
- Experience with channels such as email, paid search, paid social, website, content, events, and sales enablement
- Ability to explain what you executed, what channels you used, how the campaign performed, and what you learned
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to improve marketing performance
- Alignment with New Breed's Core Values and a collaborative, team-first approach

How to Apply
Great marketers are equal parts strategic thinkers, organizers, and executors. In place of a cover letter, our application includes space for you to:
- Tell us about a demand generation campaign you helped take from objective to execution. What was the goal, what channels did you use, what was your role, and what was the outcome?
