🌎 About Askable

Hey, we’re Askable - the world’s most loved user research platform. Loved by whom you ask? Doordash, Sephora, Canva, Mastercard and hundreds more. Not bad right?

Askable began in 2017 as an idea scribbled on a sticky note, born out of frustration with the clunky, outdated research processes we’d experienced firsthand. So, we set out to build a new way—one that makes quality research accessible to everyone, from Fortune 500s to startups hungry for insights.

With offices in Brisbane, London, and Chicago, we’re growing the team to bring Askable’s research power to more teams across the US.

About the role

We're hiring a Senior Demand Generation Manager to scale our acquisition engine and drive qualified pipeline. You'll work globally, with primary focus on the US and UK markets.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role. You'll own acquisition strategy and execution across paid, content, social, webinars, and emerging channels. You'll obsess over the metrics that tie marketing activity to revenue, and you'll work tightly with sales to make sure pipeline actually closes.

You'll be our first dedicated demand gen hire. The engine is already running, but it's been split across the broader marketing team. Your job is to take full ownership, sharpen what's working, and build the systems to scale it.

AI is core to how we operate. You'll be expected to use it as a real lever: building agents to run campaign experiments, generating and iterating landing pages, optimizing for conversion, automating workflows, and running QA at scale.

We sell to enterprise buyers with longer sales cycles and higher ACVs. You'll need to understand how demand gen works in that context.

🛠 What you'll do

• Own acquisition strategy and execution across paid, content, social, webinars, and emerging channels

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, and test channels

• Use content as a demand engine: turn webinars, social, and thought leadership into pipeline, not just impressions

• Build and execute our AEO strategy to capture AI-driven search traffic

• Drive funnel performance: demo-request volume, demo-to-meeting conversion, and pipeline efficiency

• Own conversion rate optimization across web, landing pages, and the Insight Streams waitlist. Use AI to ship and iterate landing pages fast

• Build AI agents and automations for campaign experimentation, creative and audience testing, and QA at scale

• Build and run the lifecycle program in HubSpot: nurture, lead scoring, and re-engagement

• Partner with Content and PMM to align campaigns with launches, narrative pillars, and ICP segments

• Work closely with sales to make sure opportunities move, deals close, and the feedback loop stays tight

• Analyze performance across the funnel and translate data into clear recommendations

• Optimize for ROI and pipeline efficiency, not vanity metrics

Skills and experience you'll bring

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS demand gen, with experience in enterprise or high-ACV sales cycles

• Hands-on expertise running paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Google

• Track record of using content (webinars, social, thought leadership) to drive pipeline, not just engagement

• Experience using AI to build and optimize landing pages and conversion paths

• AI-native operator. You build agents, automate workflows, and treat AI as a daily working tool

• Strong analytical skills. Comfortable in HubSpot, GA4, and spreadsheets, and you make decisions based on data

• Track record of improving funnel conversion, not just driving top-of-funnel volume

• Experience tying marketing activity to pipeline and revenue, with a tight working relationship with sales

• Understanding of AEO and how AI-powered search is changing demand capture

• Ability to work autonomously and move fast without waiting for permission

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across sales, marketing, and product

Bonus points:

• Experience with dark social, community-led growth, or thought leadership programs

• Familiarity with ABM strategies for enterprise accounts

• Background in research, product, or UX-adjacent industries

🚀 The mindset you’ll need

• Winning with your team: You’ll be proud of the individual work you do, but find winning as team ultimately more fulfilling. This includes having the emotional maturity to give and receive constructive feedback to better the team as a whole.

• Independence and curiosity: You won’t find cabinets full of step by step instructions at Askable. You’ll need to think on your feet, manage your own workflow, problem-solve roadblocks, proactively ask questions, and take responsibility for the goals you set.

• Growth focussed: You’ll enjoy the idea of a stretch goal and always be looking for opportunities to improve yourself, your team, and the business.

• Quick to learn: You’ll bring an ability to quickly learn and understand our product solutions and features, and keep up to date as our offerings evolve.

🙌 Perks and benefits

• Base salary: $130,000–$150,000, based on experience

• 401k matching

• Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision

• Generous PTO, plus Askable Days: a bonus paid day off every month (7 weeks total)

• International travel to our Brisbane and London offices

• More we'll happily walk you through during the interview

🦄 Our culture

Our culture drives everything we do. We live it, breathe it, and work every day to make Askable a place where people can thrive.

We believe work should be fulfilling, exciting, and meaningful. Here, you’re not just part of a team. You’re part of a community that cares about what they’re building and how they’re building it.

In fact, we take culture so seriously that we wrote a book on it. Our Culture Book guides what we stand for, how we work, and the values that unite us—because nothing beats winning with a team you genuinely love working with. (Ask for a copy!)
