Senior Data Scientist in ams OSRAM's AI Center of Excellence designs, builds, and deploys generative AI, ML, and agentic solutions — LLM-powered apps, AI agents, and Copilot experiences with RAG and prompt engineering — operationalized via MLOps best practices to deliver measurable business impact.
We're looking for a highly qualified professional to join our AI Center of Excellence as Generative AI & Data Science Engineer (d/m/f). In this role, you will design, build, and scale AI-powered solutions that address real business challenges and deliver measurable impact across the company. You'll work with modern AI technologies, from machine learning and forecasting to LLMs, AI agents, and Copilot-based solutions, collaborating closely with business and technology teams to bring innovative ideas into production, helping shape how we work, innovate, and grow.
