Experience Level: Mid-Level Senior Data Engineer 5–7 years of experience with strong ETL (ADF, Microsoft Fabric and Data Lake) and SQL Development.
Role Overview: We are looking for a skilled Senior Data Engineer with 5–7 years of experience in ETL development and SQL. The role involves designing and maintaining scalable data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF), Microsoft Fabric and Data Lake, ensuring reliable data integration and performance across systems.
What You'll Do
As part of the job, you will be required to:
- Design, build, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using ADF and Microsoft Fabric.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries, procedures, and functions.
- Perform database administration tasks—user management, backups, indexing, and performance tuning.
- Ensure data quality, reliability, and consistency across multiple systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable data solutions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot ETL pipelines and database performance.
- Utilize Azure cloud services for scalable data storage and processing.
- Document processes, workflows, and best practices.
