Senior Data Engineer at Ohme (London, hybrid with 3 days/week in office) who designs, builds, and scales the data services and APIs powering Ohme's smart EV-charging energy platform. Core stack: AWS (S3, Lambda, Glue, Athena, DynamoDB, AppSync), Snowflake, Python, and Infrastructure as Code with AWS CDK.
Ohme is on a mission to accelerate the global transition to clean, affordable energy. We do that by serving as an integrated hardware and software smart-grid platform, focused on the residential EV charging market.

Ohme has been selling its chargers to consumers since mid 2019 and has had exponential growth since. We are now operating in multiple countries and have partnerships with the likes of VW, Mercedes, Octopus Energy, and other innovative brands.

As a Senior Data Engineer, you will take technical ownership of designing, building, and scaling the data-driven services that power Ohme’s core business operations and smart energy platform. You will drive the engineering of high-impact data products, working at the intersection of data engineering, software architecture, and product innovation, you will ensure our data products are resilient, scalable, and delivered with low latency.
