Senior Data Engineer with a DevOps/MLOps focus at Allianz UK Personal: building and deploying containerised, real-time ML services on Azure, automating CI/CD, and championing MLOps best practice across the business. Stack includes Python, SQL, dbt, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and Databricks; hybrid from London, Bristol or Bournemouth.
Allianz UK Personal is looking for a Senior Data Engineer (DevOps/MLOps) to further enhance our MLOps capability.
This is a hybrid role at one of our offices in London, Bristol or Bournemouth and you’ll be required to come into the office two days per month.
Pay: Circa £60,000 per annum. Pay is based on relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package.
You’ll join an agile, stream-aligned team, working with technical and business stakeholders to deliver Data Science & MLOps products that drive commercial value.
The team is ambitious – continuously raising the bar on what our products can deliver for the business and our customers.
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Data Engineer with MLOps expertise.
In this key role, you’ll develop and evolve our cloud-based products and systems that support critical business processes. You’ll be deploying containerised applications and maintaining real-time ML services that serve billions of requests annually. You’ll be hands‑on writing high‑quality code, shaping architecture & MLOps processes, improving engineering practices and helping the team make good technical decisions.
