Senior Data Architect with Experience in Finance

Industry experience is preferably in Finance, such as asset management, insurance, or capital markets.

A principal role that is responsible for the solution architectures focused on the Data context. Specific attention is paid to the following areas: DG and DM, data structures, modeling aspects, data security practices, architectural practices, integration patterns, non-functional requirements in the data context.

• Drive direct communications with business stakeholders
• Elaborate on all technical aspects for the development team, justify any architectural decision
• Lead implementation of the solutions from establishing project requirements and goals to solution "go-live"
• Guide clients through complex data transformation initiatives and ensure successful outcomes
• Participate in the entire cycle of sales\pre-sales activities
• Lead solution architecture evaluation and assessment activities

• 5+ years of work experience in a data architect/engineering role or 5-10 completed projects
• Data Governance, Data Management background
• Experience working with Clouds (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• DWH/Data Platforms experience (Snowflake, Databricks)
• Knowledge of SQL and comfortable designing, writing and maintaining complex SQL queries
• Experience in finance
• Experience building data pipelines; ETL design, implementation, and maintenance
• Knowledge of data management fundamentals (data modeling, data quality, metadata management, data warehouse/lakes patterns, distributed systems)
• Excellent communication skills
• Sales/pre-sales experience
