Stay up to date with the latest developments in Machine Learning, Data Science, and AI/GenAI trends.
Contribute to the knowledge base and culture of the team.

Comfortable working with version control (Git/GitLab) as part of the daily analytics workflow.
Robust understanding of advanced statistics suitable for the analysis of skewed populations.
Experience designing effective ways of communicating, visualising and reporting results/analysis.

Nice to Have:
Hands-on experience using AI-assisted tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to speed up analysis, coding, or documentation.
Exposure to applying Generative AI / LLMs to analytics use cases (e.g. natural-language querying, automated insight generation, player-facing chat experiences).
Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, XP) and project management tools (e.g. JIRA).
Software engineering best practices beyond Git, such as CI/CD pipelines and code review.
Self-motivation, organizational skills, team spirit, proactivity.
