• Experience working in fintech, payments, crypto, or other transaction-heavy digital products.
• Proven experience building an A/B testing framework from scratch, including experiment design, statistical methodology, and rollout across product teams.
• Strong experience designing and maintaining product event tracking systems.
• Experience working with analytics platforms such as Amplitude, PostHog, GA4, or similar.
• Hands-on experience applying AI and LLMs to analytics, including automated insights, anomaly detection, or experiment analysis.

• Strong analytical thinking and excellent communication skills.
• English B2/C1.

Nice to have

• Experience with BigQuery and Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience building product metrics frameworks for multiple products.
• Experience supporting high-scale B2C applications.
• Understanding of cryptocurrency, digital assets, or Web3 products.

Benefits

• Memorable events with wow prizes - we celebrate big occasions in a big way
• “Employee of the Month” award - we recognize and reward our top performers
• Paid leave: up to 20 vacation days + 8 company holidays + 5 personal days per year
