• Continuously adapt to new tools and technologies, adopting emerging techniques to improve our end solutions and critically, our speed of delivery
• Play a direct role in levelling up the team by coaching junior colleagues in business engagement, analysis design and end-to-end project management

Requirements

• Substantial experience in a data-oriented role is essential, as is a proven track record of owning and managing complex projects to delivery
• Flexibility, speed and a bias for action are a must. Our team moves fast and so must you
• You are a confident and clear communicator who can influence both senior and technical stakeholders
• You are detail-orientated and a critical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
• You have strong experience in data preparation and blending, whether in Excel, Snowflake or other data platforms
• Knowledge of AI assisted product development practices is an advantage, but not essential
• Experience in scholarly publishing, research or a related industry is an advantage, but not essential
