Senior Data Analyst & Analytics Engineer at Cemen Tech (a volumetric concrete equipment manufacturer) in Indianola, IA. Reporting to the Director of IT, they independently own analytics as a department of one: structuring and governing ERP/business data, building data models, and delivering Power BI/SSRS dashboards, using SQL and generative AI tools.

The Senior Data Analyst is responsible for helping Cemen Tech transform raw data into meaningful insights that support operational and strategic decision-making. This role serves as both a data architect and analytics partner to the business—helping organize, structure, and govern data from its source while also collaborating with departments to design dashboards and reporting tools that drive action.
Reporting directly to the Director of IT, this position will work cross-functionally with teams across the organization to improve data accessibility, consistency, and usability. They will operate as a department of one and must be comfortable working independently while prioritizing initiatives and driving projects from concept through implementation.
