Growth & Retention
- Track partner health and act early on inactive or at-risk accounts
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities, such as more vehicles, add-on modules, and white-label apps

Preferred
- Background in B2B SaaS, IT services, logistics, or telematics/GPS/fleet management
- Experience onboarding B2B clients or channel partners
- Some experience mentoring juniors or handling escalations independently

- Proactive: follows up without being chased
- A team player who is happy to support colleagues
What We Offer
- Hands-on exposure to international partners across 6 regions
- A clear growth path as the Customer Success team scales
