MPI is looking for an Senior Customer Service Partner to join our Deerfield, WI team and play a key role in providing an exceptional customer experience.
This is position manages communication between customers, warehouse and freight carriers to ensure orders are processed, shipped and delivered accurately and on time.

What You'll Do
- Serve as the main point of contact for order status updates, tracking info, and delivery questions via phone or email.
- Investigate and resolve shipping delays, lost/damaged goods, or billing questions.
- Process incoming customer orders and enter data into company systems.
- Monitor inbound and outbound inventory levels and reconcile discrepancies.
- Schedule pickup and delivery appointments with freight carriers and warehouse teams.
- Prepare and manage shipping documentation (such as bills of lading and packing slips).
- Work closely with sales, production, and warehouse personnel to prioritize rush orders and hit delivery targets.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support, systems administration, networking, or related experience, preferably in manufacturing.
- High school diploma/GED required; IT, networking, cybersecurity, or related education preferred.
- Experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, hardware, servers, backups, printers, and troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-service skills with the ability to prioritize production-critical issues.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical employees.
- Ability to work independently while partnering with Corporate IT and plant leadership.
- Must be available for First Shift, with occasional on-call, weekend, shutdown, and emergency support.
