Help Shape the Future of the Public Sector in Sweden

About Public 360°

Tietoevry is a leading digital services and software company creating real digital impact for businesses and society. With a global reach and strong Nordic values, we support organizations in more than 90 countries.

Within Tietoevry, Public 360° is our dedicated Public Sector business unit — trusted by more than 500 organizations and 300,000 users, and powered by nearly 400 passionate colleagues.

Our ambition is bold:

To become Europe's leading ECM & Decision Support platform for municipalities and government agencies.

Public 360° is already one of the Nordic region's leading solutions for case and document management. As demand continues to grow, we're looking for a commercially driven Senior Customer Manager to help accelerate our growth journey across the Swedish public sector.

The Role

As our new Senior Customer Manager, you will play a key role in expanding Public 360°'s presence in Sweden.

You enjoy uncovering opportunities, creating momentum, and building relationships that develop into long-term partnerships. You are equally comfortable establishing new customer dialogues as you are developing existing relationships, and you thrive when you can turn opportunities into tangible business results.

This is a role for someone who combines a consultative approach with a strong commercial mindset and enjoys owning the journey from first conversation to signed agreement.

You will work closely with our bid team, product specialists, and customer experts to help municipalities, regions, and government agencies modernize and digitize their operations through market-leading SaaS solutions.

What You Will Do

Drive Growth, Customers & Commercial Opportunities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across municipalities, regions, and government agencies.
• Build trusted customer relationships and translate needs into value-creating solutions.
• Own opportunities from first dialogue through value discussions, negotiations, and signed agreements.
• Collaborate with bid, product, and customer experts to strengthen Public 360°’s market position in Sweden.

What Will Make You Successful

You are commercially driven, proactive, and skilled at building relationships that create momentum.

• You open doors, create opportunities, and take ownership of your pipeline.
• You combine relationship-building skills with a strong commercial mindset.
• You thrive in a target-oriented environment and enjoy turning conversations into long-term partnerships.
• You are curious, proactive, and motivated by growth.

Who You Are

We believe you bring relevant experience from software, SaaS, digital solutions, or technology services — combined with strong business development or consultative sales skills.

• A proven ability to create growth and manage complex stakeholder environments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• The ability to understand customer needs and connect them to business value.
• Experience with public sector customers, public procurement, or LOU is an advantage.

You are fluent in Swedish and comfortable working in English. Experience with CRM platforms such as Dynamics or Salesforce is beneficial.

What We Offer

At Public 360°, you’ll join a collaborative environment where you can grow, influence business development, and contribute to solutions with real societal impact.

We offer professional development, strong communities, flexibility, autonomy, and a competitive compensation and benefits package.
