• Extract, reconcile and analyse operational data from systems such as Lighthouse and Timegate, resolving data issues and maintaining data integrity.
• Monitor contract KPIs, governance requirements, compliance obligations and abatement drivers, providing timely insights and supporting evidence packs.
• Prepare monthly client and operations presentation packs, management reports and data-led insights, responding accurately to stakeholder enquiries.
• Support project mobilisations, portal and SharePoint administration, process improvement initiatives, team cross-training and ad hoc analytics requests.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in analytical, KPI reporting, governance, project management or business support roles, ideally within compliance-based service contracts.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Excel and Microsoft 365, with the ability to use AI and modern platforms to automate reporting and streamline analysis.
• Strong conceptual, analytical and problem-solving capability, with high attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, sound planning and organisation, and the ability to interpret contracts, KPIs and governance frameworks.

More than anything, you’ll bring a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients.
