Partner with product, design, QA, backend, and clinical stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver releases, resolve technical issues, and improve product quality.

Apply AI-assisted development tools and workflows to improve productivity, explore implementation options, and support delivery efficiency.

Additional Job Responsibilities

Support release planning, issue triage, root-cause analysis, and technical problem solving in a small team environment.
Mentor teammates and share technical knowledge through code reviews, pairing, documentation, and informal knowledge sharing.
Help raise the team’s overall mobile engineering capability.
Help improve mobile development practices, tooling, release workflows, and cross-platform consistency.

Strong understanding of mobile app performance, security, and accessibility best practices.
Experience working in a small, collaborative team where individual ownership and impact are high.
Strong communication skills and experience partnering with cross-functional, non-technical stakeholders.
Experience using AI-assisted coding tools and applying AI-driven workflows to improve engineering productivity.
