Salary Range: $22,000-$28,000 annually (subject to experience and qualifications)

Integrity National Corporation is seeking a Senior Cost & Operations Analyst to support operational efficiency, workforce planning, facility workloading, budgeting, estimating, and bid pricing activities across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop labor and staffing models for new and existing accounts.
- Convert floor plans and facility requirements into workload analyses.
- Create staffing plans, cleaning schedules, and labor budgets.
- Analyze productivity, labor utilization, and operational efficiency.
- Support proposal pricing, estimating, and RFP responses.
- Develop standardized reports and analytical models.
- Utilize Microsoft Copilot, AI tools, and analytics platforms to improve analysis and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Analytics, Operations, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in cost analysis, workforce planning, operations analytics, estimating, or related disciplines.
- Advanced Excel skills required.
- Experience with workforce planning, budgeting, and analytical modeling.
- Experience with Power BI and AI-assisted analytics tools preferred.
- Facilities management or commercial cleaning industry experience is a plus.
Compensation
- $22,000-$28,000 annually (subject to experience and qualifications)
