Senior Corporate Administrator / Senior Company Secretary

Our client is a corporate service firm.

Responsibilities:

• Report directly to the Head of Office.
• Supervise and train junior staff.
• Handle company information in Hong Kong including preparation of Deeds and Declarations.
• Prepare, circulate and submit any statutory forms for the companies registered in Hong Kong.
• Provision of company secretary and company director duties in compliance with local statutory obligations.
• Keep minutes of meetings and perform administrative duties.
• Communicate with associates and clients to maintain existing relationship and establish new ones.
• Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and invoice dispatch to client.
• Identify and report client complaints, requests and upcoming client transactions to reduce risk and improve planning.
• Perform complicated due diligence for/identification in accordance with the company’s AML policy and KYC procedures.
• Understanding the Hong Kong tax framework.
• Thorough understanding of complex corporate structures in the context of international tax planning.
• Possess awareness of the various legislations that are relevant to the Company's activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Law, Accounting, Finance or related disciplines.
• 2-3 years relevant experience.
• Member of HKICS.
• Knowledge of the financial industry and tax legal framework will be an advantage.
• Previous experience in Corporate Administration, Fiduciary Services or Corporate Law Firm is preferable.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.
