The opportunity:
A Senior Content Strategist is required to support our Luxembourg Content Team on a freelancer basis. We are looking for someone with a strategic mindset to shape and optimise e-commerce content in a rapidly evolving search landscape for marketplaces on various markets.
Own the content strategy from audit to execution - benchmarking performance across markets, building scalable playbooks and guardrails, and leading projects, teams, and stakeholders to turn data into prioritised, measurable action.
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop clear, scalable content strategies: Build playbooks, templates, and guardrails across titles, bullets, imagery, enhanced content, Brand Story, and Store architecture to drive consistency, conversion, and seamless adoption across categories and markets.
- Lead strategic projects end-to-end: Manage deliverables, timelines, and budgets; safeguard quality and compliance across the delivery lifecycle.
- Lead audit execution that turns evidence into action: Baseline Store, Product Detail Page, and search performance across markets, score content against best practice, and convert findings into prioritised roadmaps with owners, timelines, and impact estimates.
- Turn data into action: Identify performance trends and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations that continuously elevate content effectiveness.
- Connect the dots across disciplines: Partner with internal stakeholders and freelancer to align on priorities and next steps.
What we want from you:
- Proven experience as a Content/Brand Strategist or a similar role
- Familiarity with the e-commerce ecosystem and major marketplaces such as Amazon and Walmart
- Strong command of English, for collaboration with our international team
- Data literacy: comfortable reading simple performance metrics and turning them into next steps
- Hands-on experience with content strategy and SEO, plus an understanding of GEO principles for AI-powered search
- Attention to detail and quality assurance
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- University/college degree (preferably in marketing, communication, or a related field)
If you know some of this, even better:
- Knowledge of additional EU languages welcome
- Understanding of Amazon Advertising
What we can offer you:
Alongside the opportunity to work with some of the most exciting brands around the world, we’ll also prioritise your career development and help you grow your skills. We’ll empower you to make a difference, allow you to be yourself, and respect who you are.
