We are seeking a Senior Consultant with extensive experience in Marketing Technology to help establish and grow this new practice. This role is ideal for a consultant who can lead end-to-end delivery today while helping shape the foundation for a future team and service offering. You’ll balance hands-on execution with delegation, guide multi-contributor initiatives, and ensure delivery outcomes are tightly aligned to client strategy. High performers in this role will have a clear path to expanded delivery and people leadership as the practice scales.

standards for VTG’s Marketing Technology practice
● Support hiring, onboarding, and development of future marketing technology team

needed
