Supports Infor Syteline ERP in manufacturing environments — configuring, customizing, integrating, and providing production support. Day-to-day work involves .NET/C# development, SQL Server query and stored-procedure tuning, and translating manufacturing business requirements into technical solutions in a hybrid, rotational-shift setup.
We are seeking an experienced Infor Syteline Technical Consultant to join our Enterprise Applications team. The ideal candidate will possess strong techno-functional expertise in Infor Syteline, combined with hands-on experience in .NET development and SQL database technologies. This role will support implementation, customization, enhancements, integrations, and production support activities within manufacturing environments.
Configure, customize, and support Infor Syteline applications.
Develop and maintain solutions using .NET technologies within the Syteline ecosystem.
Design, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
Support application integrations, enhancements, and issue resolution activities.
Analyze manufacturing business processes and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Collaborate with business users and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Participate in production support, incident management, and root cause analysis.
Ensure application stability and performance across multiple environments.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization efforts.
6-8 years of overall IT experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Infor Syteline (CSI).
Experience in Syteline implementation, customization, support, or enhancement projects.
Strong proficiency in.NET / C# development.
Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
Good understanding of manufacturing business processes.
Knowledge of Make-to-Order (MTO) and Make-to-Stock (MTS) manufacturing models.
Experience working in techno-functional roles supporting ERP applications.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
