Senior DevOps Consultant designs and builds cloud-native CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes clusters, and IaC (Terraform) for enterprise clients, integrating security and testing into automated workflows.
Who are we?
Ensono is a global technology services provider dedicated to helping organizations navigate the complexity of digital transformation. Through Ensono Product, Consulting & Technology, our dedicated consulting arm, we partner with clients to design, build, and modernize digital capabilities across application development and modernization, data platforms and AI, and identity and access management. As we continue to expand our global consulting footprint, we are committed to delivering innovative, high‑quality outcomes that enable our clients to move faster, smarter, and more securely.
About the role and what you'll be doing:
As a Senior DevOps Consultant, you’ll be a key technical contributor in delivering complex projects — combining deep engineering skills with the confidence to work independently within your area of responsibility. You’ll take end-to-end ownership of your deliverables, ensuring they meet high standards of quality, security, and performance, while collaborating closely with colleagues and client teams to achieve project goals.
Working within a cross‑functional environment, you’ll apply modern DevOps practices to design, build, and optimise solutions that help clients get the most from their cloud platform.
You’ll be actively involved throughout the full project lifecycle — from refining requirements and influencing solutions, to delivering working systems and communicating outcomes to technical and non‑technical audiences. You’ll also provide guidance and informal mentoring to less experienced engineers, helping to raise capability within the team.
When not delivering on a client engagement, you may contribute to pre‑sales activities such as analysing technical requirements, working with our bid team, and helping develop compelling proposals. You’ll also have opportunities to engage with Ensono Digital’s internal competencies — sharing knowledge, refining our delivery approaches, and expanding your own expertise.
We value consultants who take ownership of their work, are proactive in developing themselves, and look for ways to add value for both clients and colleagues.
Experience you’ll bring:
CI/CD & Automation
Infrastructure as Code & Cloud
Kubernetes, Containerisation & Networking
Security, Quality & Testing
Development & Debugging

We are a people-first business, which means people are at the heart of everything we do here. We offer our associates a safe environment where learning, knowledge sharing, and open communication is encouraged. Whether at one of the internal events, such as socials, competency meet-ups, hackathons or as part of one or more of our global Community Groups, such as Beautiful Brains (for the neurodiverse and curious), HERO (helping to education regarding orientation), E-Vets (Ensono veteran community) and many more we have strived to build a business where everyone feels welcomed, included, and valued.
