Drive ANZ Growth with Supermetrics 🚀
We're accelerating our presence in Australia, and we need a Senior Commercial Account Executive based in Singapore to own the ANZ territory, drive net new growth, and expand our footprint across the market.
This is a hunter role for someone who thrives on creating pipeline, acquiring net new logos, and closing complex mid-market deals. We're an AI-first company currently deploying AI agents across our GTM motion to handle the repeatable — so you can focus on what humans do best: high-value conversations, strategic deal-making, and becoming a trusted partner to high-growth companies across ANZ.
If you're a performance-focused B2B tech sales professional comfortable using AI tools and navigating complex sales cycles — and you're ready to own one of our most exciting growth markets — this role provides an open-ended pathway to advancement.
In this role, you will…
- Own your book of business strategy & execution
- Generate net new outbound pipeline
- Execute consultative, complex deal cycles
- Leverage the partner ecosystem
- Mentor and elevate the team
Your day-to-day work and responsibilities will include:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive outbound sales strategy laser-focused on net new logo acquisition — leveraging AI agents to handle the repeatable, so the majority of your energy goes into high-value prospecting and closing, not inbound leads.
- Build and expand pipeline through targeted outreach, strategic account research, and multi-channel prospecting — owning the full sales cycle from first contact to close with key decision-makers in marketing, data engineering, and operations across Australia.
- Educate prospects, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and close deals that solve complex marketing challenges using Supermetrics' full product suite — including ETL, API, Data Activation, Data Warehousing, and Marketing Intelligence Platform solutions.
- Work strategically with solutions and technology partners (including Google) to co-source and close net new logos, accelerating our market presence across ANZ.
- Take full ownership of your territory's revenue growth — forecasting accurately, managing a healthy pipeline, and consistently delivering against ambitious business targets.
- Serve as the voice of the market internally — sharing field insights with product, marketing, and leadership to refine Supermetrics' positioning and go-to-market approach across ANZ.
This position is for you if you have:
- 5+ years of quota-carrying B2B tech sales experience, with a history of closing outbound-led, full-cycle deals — experience selling into the Australian market is highly valued.
- Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline independently and close complex, outbound-originated deals from prospecting through to contract.
- Deep knowledge of MarTech, AdTech, and CDP solutions — including data activation, digital marketing, business intelligence, and data warehousing. You speak the language of Supermetrics prospects and can articulate the full data journey from ingestion to activation.
- Clear and effective English communication abilities for presenting technical benefits and negotiating with senior stakeholders across ANZ.
- A genuine commitment to the craft of selling — disciplined pipeline management, timely CRM updates, and a data-first mindset — paired with an AI-first attitude. Direct experience with AI-powered sales tools or curiosity about how AI is reshaping B2B GTM will set you apart.
Benefits we offer…
- Healthcare benefit
- Generous paid time off and parental leave
- Various external trainings to support your career development
- Sports and wellbeing allowance
- A comprehensive benefits package that includes equity options
- High-quality work equipment
Join us in putting AI to work for marketers
Supermetrics helps marketers make better decisions. It connects marketing data from platforms like Facebook Ads and Google Analytics to the AI tools, analytics tools, and data warehouses marketers already use, putting it right where they need it.
With Supermetrics, a marketer can connect their data to AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT, ask questions about their campaigns, and get insights and recommendations grounded in live data. From there, they can also manage and update campaigns across every connected platform, automatically and in one place, using guardrails to stay in control.
We work with organizations of every size: small teams that want enterprise-level reporting without the overhead, global brands like Dyson and L'Oréal that need visibility across millions in ad spend, and agencies like dentsu and McCann UK that manage large portfolios of client accounts at scale. In total, over 200,000 businesses trust Supermetrics to help them make the best decisions with their marketing data. We've grown from a one-person shop in 2013 into a global powerhouse, and we're only getting started.
Today, we're 300+ people, with teams spread across 10 countries and 3 continents. Our team represents more than 50 nationalities which makes us a multicultural, collaborative, thriving team.

How we use AI in the recruitment process:
We use AI to help our recruiters work through applications faster, for example, summarizing your resume and scheduling interviews. A recruiter reviews every application, and no hiring decision is ever made by AI.
For some roles, your first interview may be with an AI interviewer instead of a person, and a recruiter reviews that conversation before deciding whether you move forward. From there, our human interviewers may use AI to take notes throughout the rest of the process, never to score or evaluate you, just so they can stay focused on the conversation instead of typing. You'll be told before this happens, and if you'd rather not be recorded, you can opt out at any point. It covers the rest of your process and never affects how you're evaluated. Every hiring decision is made by our human recruiting and hiring teams.
