The Role
Fidelity's Associate IT organization is seeking a highly motivated Senior Cloud Engineer to help transform how enterprise virtual desktop and end user computing platforms are engineered, automated, secured, and operated at scale.
We are a dynamic engineering organization focused on leveraging cloud technologies, automation, orchestration, and modern engineering practices to improve productivity, resiliency, and experience of Fidelity associates worldwide.
The ideal candidate combines deep infrastructure expertise with a software engineering mindset. You will translate infrastructure and operational requirements into scalable automated solutions that reduce manual effort, improve service reliability, strengthen disaster recovery readiness, and enable low-touch and zero-touch operational models.
You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Architects, Engineers, Security teams, and Operations partners to design, build, automate, and continuously improve enterprise platforms supporting thousands of users across Fidelity.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
The Team
Associate IT delivers Fidelity associates with secure, reliable, and scalable access to the technology and services they need, regardless of time, location, or device. Through architecture, engineering, automation, and operational excellence, we provide modern end-user computing platforms that enable productivity, strengthen resiliency, and support Fidelity's continued technology evolution.
