Nawojka Schmidt
, Software Engineering Manager - flexaHi there!
I’m Nawojka Schmidt, Software Engineering Manager at flexa. My engineering background sits at the intersection of core software development, platform infrastructure, and data systems - giving me a broad view of how to build and scale modern technical ecosystems.
Before joining flexa, I spent 7 years as a manager in tech consulting. Working across a wide variety of industries allowed me to stay deeply hands-on across different domains. I’ve spent time designing software applications, setting up reliable platform infrastructure, and working with data pipelines. This mixed experience taught me how to look at technical challenges holistically and focus on pragmatic, production-ready engineering standards.
As a manager, I use this background to help my team bridge the gaps between software, platforms, and data. My goal is to remove roadblocks, encourage continuous learning, and build a high-trust environment where engineers have the autonomy to take ownership and solve complex problems.
At Entrix, we believe that our success is built on the strength of our team. We foster a collaborative, forward-thinking environment where everyone can thrive and make a meaningful impact. We value diverse perspectives and are dedicated to solving some of the most exciting challenges in our industry.
If you're passionate about pioneering technological solutions and eager to be part of a dynamic and international team, I encourage you to explore the opportunities we offer. Together, we can drive innovation and achieve remarkable milestones.
Thank you for considering a future with us. I look forward to the possibility of working together to shape the future of technology,
Nawojka
