Want to nail the interview?

Impress us with your strategic plan for solving Acme Co’s problem, as defined below. Note: We made all of this up so there isn’t a right answer. There’s only creative thinking.

Acme Co. is a $500M professional services provider. Acme has ascertained that they can spend 6% of their total revenue on marketing efforts and have elected to modify their strategy to minimize their sales team, traditional marketing, and trade shows in favor of an exclusively digital marketing approach. Each widget at Acme sells for $50,000 and takes on average 4 months to sell involving 5.4 individuals as part of the sales cycle.

Acme Co. wants to drive qualified leads and boost brand awareness to its core customers (companies with over 100 employees with revenues exceeding $50M).
