Build a deep understanding of player segments and identify the factors influencing user behavior and engagement.
Monitor industry trends, competitor products, emerging technologies, and new gaming mechanics.
Take ownership of core business KPIs, including NGR, GGR, conversion rates, retention, churn, ARPU, LTV, reactivation rates, and bonus efficiency.
Analyze revenue drivers and identify areas where payment fees, provider costs, bonuses, or chargebacks impact profitability.
Collaborate closely with Retention and VIP teams to improve post-deposit engagement, repeat deposits, and long-term player value.
Define hypotheses, launch A/B tests, analyze results, and make data-driven product decisions.
Improve critical user journeys including onboarding, KYC, deposits, withdrawals, game discovery, personalization, and bonus experiences.
Optimize wallet, multi-currency, and crypto payment experiences in collaboration with Payments and Compliance teams.
