The successful candidate will work with engineers, surveyors, and project teams to transform design information, survey data, and existing-condition data into reliable, client-ready deliverables.
What You Will Do:
- Create and maintain detailed civil engineering drawings (CAD) and 3D models using Bentley Systems base open roads and Open budlings , strong fumiler with Civil 3d and AutoCAD.
- Develop coordinated BIM deliverables from design drawings, survey data, as-built documentation, and other project inputs.
- Produce surfaces, alignments, profiles, corridors, grading models, pipe networks, sections, and construction documentation.
- Create existing-condition models from LiDAR scans and registered point clouds, where applicable.
- Translate 2D engineering drawings into coordinated 3D models, working directly with designers to capture design intent.
