🤝 Senior Business Development Representative

🌍 Join the team powering the future of vision AI

Hello, hola, 你好, こんにちは, नमस्ते, hallo, bonjour! Thanks for stopping by — we know your time is valuable, so here's what makes Ultralytics special.

⚡ Who we are

At Ultralytics, we're on a mission to simplify AI for everyone. As the creators of the world's leading YOLO models, we empower millions of developers, researchers, and companies worldwide to build state-of-the-art computer vision applications.

Following our $30M Series A round, we're expanding rapidly across our global hubs in London, Madrid, and Shenzhen. This is an opportunity to join a fast-scaling, high-performance team that's redefining the future of vision AI — where ambition meets impact, and ideas become reality.

We move fast. We build boldly. We execute with purpose. And we do it together.

💼 About the role

This isn't an SDR role. It's an apprenticeship designed to turn you into an elite seller.

We don't hire people to book meetings and disappear. We hire Senior BDR who own markets, build playbooks, and learn to close deals working shoulder-to-shoulder with experienced sellers. You'll own two strategic vertical markets end-to-end — research the territory, identify key accounts, build relationships, generate pipeline, and develop the repeatable motion that makes those verticals ours.

You'll be paired 1:1 with an Enterprise Account Executive who'll teach you how complex sales cycles actually move. This is for people who want to build something, own something, and become exceptional at commercial work.

Reporting to the VP of Sales & Success, this role is based in our London office.

🚀 What you'll do

Own your markets

• Own vertical markets. You're the CEO of your territory. Research accounts, identify decision-makers, understand buying patterns, and figure out how to reach them. You'll design the motion and run it.

• Generate qualified pipeline. Build account lists, run outbound campaigns, attend industry events, and create opportunities where none existed. Success is measured by pipeline generated and deals closed.

• Lead on messaging. Develop the narrative that resonates in your verticals. You're building the script, not executing someone else's.

Work deals & build the playbook

• Work deals alongside an Enterprise AE. Shadow their calls, see how they navigate complex organizations, and eventually lead discovery, presentations, and parts of the sales process yourself.

• Build the playbook. Document what works. Turn your territory knowledge into a repeatable motion that scales.

What success looks like

• 3 months: Deep understanding of your verticals, consistent outbound motion running, shadowing your paired AE on deals.

• 6 months: Qualified pipeline generated, leading discovery calls, contributing meaningfully to deals.

• 9 months: Verticals producing consistent pipeline, leading full discovery independently, closing smaller deals.

• 12 months: Promotion-ready with proven ability to generate pipeline and close deals.

🧠 Skills and experience

Core requirements

• Commercially sharp. You understand how businesses buy and how deals get done. You can have a commercial conversation with a VP without reading a script.

• Relentlessly curious. You want to understand why buyers make decisions and what separates deals that close from deals that stall.

• Willing to do the work. Cold calls, personalized outreach, attending events, documenting learnings — this requires discipline and consistency.

• Determined to learn to close. You're here to become a great seller by working alongside people who've done it before.

• Operate like a founder. You take ownership, make decisions without waiting for permission, and iterate quickly.

• Technical enough. You don't need to code, but you need to understand how AI and computer vision solve real business problems.

Nice to have

• Prior commercial or sales experience in an SDR/BDR capacity — internships, entrepreneurial ventures, or customer-facing roles count.

• Existing knowledge of a specific vertical (manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, security, etc.).

• Familiarity with AI, computer vision, or developer tooling.

• Experience with outbound tooling — Sales Navigator, Apollo, Outreach, or similar.

🌟 Cultural fit

At Ultralytics, we set bold goals and execute with speed, precision, and teamwork. We're driven by hard work, ambition, and resilience — building fast, learning constantly, and delivering measurable impact.

You'll thrive here if you:

• Take ownership and deliver results with focus and accountability.

• Combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

• Value excellence, grit, and creativity in equal measure.

• See collaboration as the foundation for meaningful progress.

Our culture is built around our core values:

• Relentless progress: Constant evolution and improvement.

• Strive for excellence: Perseverance and attention to detail.

• Actions, not words: Focus on delivering meaningful results.

• Act with urgency: Seize fleeting opportunities.

• Open access to all: Transparent communication and collaboration.

💰 Compensation and benefits

We reward excellence and impact — not just tenure or title.

• Competitive base + variable: Tied to pipeline generated and closed deals sourced.

• Equity packages: We want our success to be yours too.

• Fast progression: Senior BDR → Mid-Market Account Executive within 12 months for strong performers. Two of our three current mid-market AEs started in entry-level roles.

• On-site collaboration: Work with experienced sellers in our London hub.

• Flexible working hours: We value results over routines.

• Generous time off: 24 vacation days, your birthday off, plus local holidays.

• Tech & tools: Work on cutting-edge AI projects that power millions of devices.

• Gear: Brand-new Apple MacBook Air/Pro, Apple Studio Display, and AirPods Pro 3.

• Learning & development: Dedicated budget for personal and professional growth.
