Senior Business Analyst

Salary: $800 - $900 per day inc. Super

Join our client’s team as a Senior Business Analyst on a 6 month contract, playing a pivotal role in driving meaningful change across their core financial platforms. This opportunity allows you to work closely with leadership and business owners to collaboratively define problems and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions that directly impact professionals in the medical field.

In this hands-on role within a lean environment, you will own initiatives end-to-end—from discovery and analysis through to build, testing, release, and adoption—ensuring successful delivery amidst evolving priorities and ambiguity. You will facilitate workshops, translate strategic goals into detailed user stories, and manage the team's operating rhythm including planning, backlog prioritisation, and reporting progress to senior stakeholders.

The ideal candidate brings over seven years of experience driving change in financial services or related sectors, with a strong ability to influence without direct authority and a pragmatic, structured approach. Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot or Dynamics 365, and tools such as JIRA and Miro, will enable you to effectively manage workflow-led transformations. Your clear communication skills and data fluency will help you secure stakeholder alignment and measure success effectively.

This role is suited to professionals eager to embrace challenge, drive innovation, and make a tangible impact in a specialised lending environment that supports doctors, dentists, and veterinarians throughout their financial journeys.
