As Senior Business Analyst, you'll work across security operations, identity, infrastructure, networks, risk, technology governance and third-party risk.
You'll assess current-state capability, run discovery and assessment activities, define requirements, and turn complex cyber concepts into clear, executive-ready recommendations.

As Senior Business Analyst, you'll work across security operations, identity, infrastructure, networks, risk, technology governance and third-party risk.
You'll assess current-state capability, run discovery and assessment activities, define requirements, and turn complex cyber concepts into clear, executive-ready recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements elicitation, analysis and prioritisation across cyber and technology initiatives
- Run workshops and interviews that build consensus and drive decisions
- Map current and future-state processes and identify where to improve
- Produce high-quality BA artefacts: requirements, user stories, process maps, use cases and impact assessments
- Assess solution options on risk, cost, benefit and feasibility, and make clear recommendations
- Work alongside project managers, architects, vendors and delivery teams through design, testing, readiness and implementation
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and influence outcomes
- Senior BA experience with a strong track record in cyber security transformation or technology risk
- Credibility with technical SMEs across security, identity, network, infrastructure and cloud
- Solid knowledge of Zero Trust, IAM, PAM, vulnerability management, exposure management and patch management
- Experience documenting and assessing cyber controls, risks and remediation initiatives
- Exposure to continuous exposure management and third-party risk
- Confidence engaging executives and working in complex, highly regulated environments
- Comfort with ambiguity, and curiosity about emerging AI-related threats
- NV1 security clearance or eligibility
- Experience in financial services, government or regulated environments
- Solid knowledge of Zero Trust, IAM, PAM, vulnerability management, exposure management and patch management
