The Opportunity
Consumers buy our digital products, payment cards, gift cards, gaming vouchers, and mobile top-ups. We are trusted by brands like PaysafeCard, Apple, Google, Vodafone, and PlayStation, and we're making prepaid payments simpler, faster, and more accessible worldwide.
The Data & Insights team sits at the heart of our global B2C e-commerce platform, shaping the evaluation and testing of future commercial initiatives. The team identifies opportunities to strengthen the monetisation of our consumer base by driving sales, improving margins, and increasing efficiency, while delivering actionable commercial insights across the organisation for Recharge’s portfolio of labels and Startselect. Since early 2026, automation has become a core part of how we operate, enabling us to scale processes and insights wherever it creates measurable business value.

- Proactively determine the right balance between scalable self-service analytics, including Tableau reporting and AI interfaces, and tailored analytical solutions
