Join the team redefining credit analytics through AI! At Capital One, our credit policies are powered by data, and our future is driven by the transformative potential of AI. We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to act as a pioneer in our AI tooling space, maximizing the impact of large language models and generative technologies within Card analytics. As a trailblazer on this front, you will be responsible for setting the standard for AI usage and disseminating breakthrough learnings across the department.
This role blends product vision with hands-on execution. Beyond defining the roadmap for our next generation of credit tools, you will actively drive their development - gathering deep user context, leveraging Claude to engineer new workflows, and partnering with Business Analysts to ensure seamless enterprise adoption. Our team currently manages a sophisticated suite of tools that predict account performance and pinpoint risky populations, and your mission is to push these boundaries further. You will identify and operationalize untapped use cases that keep our analytical ecosystem streamlined, thorough, and ahead of the curve.
We are looking for a strong communicator with a rigorous analytical mindset and a genuine interest in emerging technology. While deep technical expertise is not required, you must possess the technical curiosity to navigate our data environments and the ingenuity to experiment with new AI capabilities as they are released.
