About the Role

Degreed is looking for a Senior Designer to help bring the next chapter of our brand to life.

This is a senior, hands-on creative role for someone who loves making work that is sharp, thoughtful, and useful. You’ll work across a broad range of brand and marketing touchpoints, including integrated campaigns, social, events, presentations, sales enablement, web, executive storytelling, product marketing, and motion-led content.

You’ll be part of a small, high-impact creative team working closely with Brand, Communications, Events, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Sales, and Executive Leadership. You’ll work across multiple tools, formats, and channels with an AI-first mindset. Motion design is a bonus, especially if you can bring static ideas to life through animation, video, or simple storytelling sequences.
