Design and develop blockchain components
Integrate systems with blockchain networks
Research blockchain developments and provide market insights
Mentor the team on blockchain projects and technologies
Ensure engineering best practices are followed
Design dynamically scalable and resilient software
Collaborate with architecture and engineering teams
Contribute to design choices and develop new features
Lead the product lifecycle from inception to launch
Drive product vision, technical architecture, and project delivery
Requirements
3 to 5 years of blockchain software engineering experience
3 to 5 years of experience in payments and financial markets
Experience with architecture best practices and object-oriented design
Experience engineering systems on hyperscale cloud platforms
Experience prioritizing demands, scoping large efforts, and negotiating timelines
8 or more years of total experience, including 3 years in blockchain technologies
Knowledge of cryptography and blockchain protocols
Knowledge of Ethereum, TRON, and Hyperledger
Knowledge of blockchain management and data protection
Understanding of cloud-native architectures and security measures
DevOps experience with CI/CD and system and application monitoring
Understanding of software design and development methods
Experience with Ethereum ERC-20 and ERC-751
Experience with Hyperledger Fabric, TRON, Multichain, and BigchainDB
Experience with Remix IDE and Ganache
MS in Computer Science or a relevant technical discipline, or equivalent experience
Understanding of security and networking for cloud
