Champion Application Security & Code Health: Establish robust security patterns to proactively mitigate vulnerabilities (e.g., SQL injection, XSS) and manage dependency updates to maintain system integrity.
Collaborate & Influence Architecture: Serve as an active architectural voice within cross-functional PODs, directly communicating trade-offs and technical decisions to North American product stakeholders and executive leaders.
6+ Years of Professional Engineering Experience: Demonstrated track record in senior technical roles leading complex, enterprise-level web development initiatives.
Blazor & .NET Core Proficiency: 2 to 3+ years of full-time, hands-on experience building web applications using Blazor (Server or WebAssembly) alongside C# and .NET Core / .NET 6+.
Relational Database Expertise: Deep practical knowledge of schema normalization, query tuning, indexing strategies, and stored procedure optimization with SQL Server.
Security & Performance Awareness: Practical experience implementing application security defenses, handling library upgrades, and profiling application performance bottlenecks.
