Senior backend engineer building production-grade AI/GenAI solutions in Python — LLM apps, RAG pipelines and agentic workflows — integrated with an existing Java enterprise ecosystem, with strong emphasis on security, testing and AI governance. Hybrid role based at a client's Kraków office 6-8 days a month; requires 4+ years in Python and Java.
You will build production-grade AI and GenAI solutions using Python, contributing to a large-scale enterprise technology transformation. You will work on LLM-based capabilities, RAG solutions, agentic workflows and integrations with an existing Java-based ecosystem while ensuring high standards of security, testing, governance and operational resilience.
