Senior backend engineer on Elastic's Observability Streams program, building high-throughput telemetry ingestion pipelines (OTLP endpoints, agentless integrations) across multiple clouds. Day to day: own features end to end, route telemetry to destinations powering Kibana, set SLIs/SLOs, mentor peers, and join an on-call rotation.

We process telemetry and route data to destinations to power Kibana experiences. As a backend engineer, you will own features, mentor peers, set SLIs/SLOs, and be on-call in rotation.
