We are seeking a Senior Backend Developer to join a long-term modernization initiative focused on backend service development, system integration, and large-scale data migration efforts. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who can design scalable solutions, drive technical decisions, and deliver high-quality backend services in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and services using .NET Core
Architect and implement high-performance gRPC services and APIs
Lead data migration activities, including planning, execution, validation, and optimization
Collaborate with architects, product teams, and stakeholders to define technical solutions
Ensure application security, reliability, scalability, and maintainability
Review code, establish development standards, and promote best practices
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive resolution efforts
Create and maintain technical documentation
Qualifications
7+ years of backend software development experience
Strong expertise in .NET Core and gRPC
Deep understanding of relational databases, SQL, and database performance tuning
Experience with microservices and distributed systems architectures
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and provide technical leadership within a development team
